Have you heard of The Butterfly Effect? It's a theory that suggests a butterfly flapping its wings in one part of the world has the ability to create a hurricane on the other side of the world. What would happen if we applied this same theory to our life?
This is the invitation of The 40 Day Butterfly Effect.
The 40 Day Butterfly Effect is for the woman who is ready to reclaim her life by reclaiming her day. Through guided practices and mentorship you'll explore and implement a set of daily rituals. Each day these will tether you and support you in being your best self.
Over the course of 6 weeks you'll explore meditation, movement, mantra and writing practices. These exercises and practices will calm you, teach you to be present, energize your body, sharpen your mind and support you in moving your life forward.
Your stress level will be lower.
You will feel calmer.
You will respond instead of reacting.
You will feel happier.
Your commitment to your own growth and development will become a model of behaviour for those around you. Not only will you benefit, but your family, your colleagues, your friends and your community will feel the impact of the changes you are making.
This programs invites you to show up for You. It requires commitment and honesty. It offers you a space to say Yes to yourSelf first. It asks you to be open and curious.
What is included in the program:
Weekly group coaching calls to explore practices, techniques and exercises.
Two 30-minute 1:1 calls with me. One to take place 2 weeks following the completion of the program.
Online live-streams to touch-base and answer questions.
Recordings of techniques such as meditation, journey work or movement practices.
Weekly email prompts and support.
Community of like-minded women to encourage and support you.
Private Facebook group for sharing and community.
All calls take place in Pacific Time.

Group and 1:1 conversations take place over Zoom video conferencing. Group Zoom calls are scheduled for Sunday evenings and are intended to set you up for the week. Facebook Livestreams are scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays. Livestreams can be accessed anytime through the private Facebook Group.
